Turkey eggs!

I spared my 7 month old bronze turkey hen the axe a couple weekends ago when I butchered our last tom. A few days ago she started laying eggs. The variety is beautiful! Are turkey eggs good to eat? How long and how often can I expect her to lay?

Turkey eggs are tasty! My hen hasn't laid in a while because she has poults but I think I was getting a couple eggs a week from her she is a white palm.
