Has anyone ever had a turkey have a late fall early winter hatch. My turkey is sitting on a egg right now she had 2 but when I candled it I didnt see anything thinking it was bad I cracked it ooen and found a baby so now im leaving the other egg with my hen. My Bourbon Red tom mated with my Eastern turkey she has been sitting on the egg now for almost 2 weeks. What are the odds of her taking care of the egg all the way through. Should be time to hatch around Dec 18
