Turkey hatching??

I'm hatching out some turkeys and they went on lock down Tuesday. I was told to lock them down 5 days before hatch date (Saturday). Well yesterday early morning (Thursday) 2 started to pip. I was gone the whole day and came home around 6 yesterday evening. One was about halfway around the shell still and peeping loudly. The other was no longer moving and still just had a tiny hole. My question is:
Is it normal for them to be 3 days early??
I intervened and helped the one hatch and now he's doing fine, walking and peeping. He's very small for a turkey IMO, cod he be a runt?
Also will the others hatch out on time or are they duds?

Hard to tell in the picture, but they do not look that odd to me.
