It looks like Smokey moved part of her nest. I know this because there were over 10 turkey eggs, I caught a glimpse when she ran out for a dine n dash the other day. And now it looks like there are only like 3-4, plus a bunch of duck eggs. And obviously there is at least one bad one there if not more. My question is: do they do this? Should I take the eggs out that she left? This is the first time I’ve really been able to supervise a broody turkey hen, well besides when Saffron brooded up in the work bench in the garage last year… nightmare that was.
