What incubator do you have, and where is it located in your house?

We are considered a small dairy farm. Most dairies have around 1000 -10000 cows.

I saw your incubator on another thread. I would try to wrap the whole bottom with styrofoam or a blanket or something.
Do you think the heating element is good?

Yes, I think. My husband and I are thinking about getting a whole different incubator.

Also what percent of protein does your turkey feed have? I was just thinking that could be the entire issue and not the incubator at all. Turkeys need a high protein feed especially when they are laying eggs you want to incubate.
You could give them cat food, or mealworms, or boiled eggs or some other high protein treats for a week or so and then collect the eggs.
