Turkey poult pecked!!!??

Is there anything I can do for a poult that's eye got pecked? Will it heal and do fine with one eye??? I feel horrible and the baby survived. I have been giving it nutridrench. Anything I can clean it's eye with??

You can use Vetericyn eye wash or even a non-medicated eye drops for people.

Birds can survive with one eye but are more vulnerable to blind side attacks.

Hi R2elk...I wanted to ask to a question about turkeys. We sold our 9 4 month old turkeys and two toms yesterday. The females are walking around the property annoyingly making that screetch noise they make clearly looking for the babies and maybe the toms. Are they really that "family oriented"? How long will we have to deal with this obnoxious chaos?
