Turkey poult with leaking vent

I just picked up 4 Royal Palm turkey poults today - I'm not sure of age...young because they still have their egg teeth, but some have larger wing feathers. One of the poults is wet on the underside. Eating and drinking fine. Acting like all the others. Upon inspection, it looks like it's vent is leaking a clear fluid. I continue to dry it off, but it stays wet. Maybe prolapsed??? I have no idea.

Is there anything I need to do to help it? We've never owned turkeys before, so it's all a new world to us!!

I just wanted to update. I soaked the poult for a few seconds to remove any dried stool. I then dried it off with a hairdryer on medium heat, held a preparation H wipe on its vent for about 30 seconds, and sprayed with Vectericyn Plus spray. I also added Apple cider vinegar (1/2 Tbsp) and brown sugar (1 tsp) to a quart of water and have that as their only water source. I'll give fresh water back in 3 days - the ACV and sugar is supposed to help with shipping shock and any germs/infections. I repeat the spray 3-4 times per day. It's been 24 hours since the water switch and first treatment, and the poult has perked up significantly! No where near as much leaking (if any) and the vent seems to have reduced in size (I think it was a partial prolapse).

Yeah thats what it looks like to me. Mine is having more solid stools as well, still a slight leakage but it does look better (been doing prep H, epsom salt baths, and antibiotic ointment throughout the day). Mine never lost her chipperness, always ate and drank and is active. Just the vent was obviously not happy. I'm hoping that this is the solution and will try it for the next few days. Thanks for the update, I appreciate it glad yours is doing much better! Also almost forgot, I was told by a friend with vet experience it is usually just simple constipation when this happens this young. Poor things have turkey hemorrhoids lol

This is my girl now, not much of a poult anymore. Vetricyn was a life saver!
