It is most likely that because you took her egg that she moved her nest in order to better hide it from you. Always leave at least one egg or a dummy egg if you want the hen to continue using the same nest.

She probably won't go back to that one, because its been found already. If she's like mine, u will just have to watch her from a distance until u see where she is laying now. It took me stalking my hen to find 5 different nests before I figured that out. It was awful! Now, I have 8 in the bator!!!

Is this a blue or lavender Palm?

I am not sure what color she is but they are very pretty

Usually slate (blue) has darker blue specks like a splash chicken has. Self Blue (lavender) does not. Going by the picture, I would guess self blue...?

Definitely not a self blue, but possibly a self blue palm.
