Turkey tom is getting a bald belly

We have 1 tom and 5 females. Our Tom is sadly getting a bald belly, is there anything we can do?

Mine got that from running up and down the fence or sleeping on the ground

He's heritage, around 2-3 years old

It is normal especially if he has a fence to rub on as he struts.

Good to know. although we have never seen him rub on the fence and he sits on a roost at night ‍

They may not look like they are rubbing on a fence but they do as they strut back and forth in front of a fence.
