Turkey tom with swollen face! Please help.

Thanks y'all for all the help. Yesterday morning I was finally able to talk to a vet at the Georgia Poultry Lab and he told me that for a 23lb turkey the correct dose would be 1.1 cc of oxytetracycline LA200 every other day for a total of 2 doses. He did say that it sounds like he has mycoplasma gallisepticum, so now I can only hope that that's not the case. My tom and a couple of my chickens have an appointment Monday at the Georgia Poultry Lab for testing which thankfully is free

so hopefully we will have an answer as to what my tom has. I have to take the last chicken I brought into the flock because he thinks that he may be the one that brought the disease and I figured I'd take a couple others for good measure. I ordered some Denagard when I first noticed my tom was sick and I told the vet and he said that it would be beneficial to go ahead and treat the rest of the flock with it.
