Those are some great suggestions, but don't want to handle her right now, as it looks like her vent is swollen / inflamed. I used a rag and some warm water earlier to clean it up a bit under there. The vet is coming first thing in the morning. So for now, we will keep her isolated/penned from the other flock. She is eating and drinking and moving around, so that's a good sign.

yes that is a good sign. glad she's moving around. and i wouldn't handle her unless the vet says otherwise

Sound's like she's either egg-bound or unable to pass waste.. Again i'd soak her in a nice warm tub for at least a half an hour to help her pass whatever's up with her..

Update:

So, the vet came by and said my turkey hen had a vaginal prolapse. The vet got under there and pushed it back in, and cleaned it up a bit. Everything stayed intact, but in the meantime, we should give the turkey hen a warm bath (that should be interesting!) and start my hen on a high fiber diet, less protein, so that the hen can start pushing stuff out, as there was evidence of an egg stuck. I guess that would be some vegetable leftovers, spinach etc. Any other suggestions? Thanks soooo much!
Our turkey hen is doing fine, walking around and eating, but will definitely keep an eye on our sweet girl over the next few days.

Thank you! Just have to keep and eye on her. Fed her some MORE cut up apples and pears, so that will give her more fiber to poop and push out whatever is still stuck up there. I thought about giving her a warm bath, but don't want to cause her additional stress and she doesn't like to be picked up. We would literally have to carry her inside the house and put her in the bathtub, so that's a no go. I may get a spray bottle and put warm water in it, if it needs to be cleaned under there. She's a good girl and very loving. Raised her since she was a chick.

See if she likes pumpkin; it's high in fiber and my turkeys like it.
