Those are some great suggestions, but don't want to handle her right now, as it looks like her vent is swollen / inflamed. I used a rag and some warm water earlier to clean it up a bit under there. The vet is coming first thing in the morning. So for now, we will keep her isolated/penned from the other flock. She is eating and drinking and moving around, so that's a good sign.
