turkey+vodka=tender?

I don't know about my turkeys but 100 proof Vodka makes me very tender and mellow.

But as far as replacing aging, I really doubt it. That's a biologic process... think how many people have died w/ alcohol in their system... they still undergo rigor mortis.

If you kill it them directly put it in the pot, would that help. I mean oven on, pan right there, into oven. Would that keep rigor away?
