4 days is too lng for turkey IMO. THey are much too fragile. Did you pay for overnight shipping??And happy 1000th post!!

I agree it was to long for them to get here! And I called the lady I bought them from yesterday and the post office trying to find them! We were upset! Even my local P.O. could not find them! I don't know why it took so long for them to get here... I bought 9 and I have 4 and one still may not make it. I have been giving them pedialite and egg yolk plus food. I had another shipment of birds also arrive today and I lost a few of them as well. My male blue andalusian, my male welsummer. This was a very bad day! And I had been so excited about getting all my birds! I am still just in tears! Thank you Arielle for the Happy 1000th post notice... I did not even notice...
That is too bad. Did the shipping take longer than a day? Was it hot where you are? How many in the box? They need a minimum # in the box to stay warm. Where are you located?

Kuntrygirl - Even the crow was laughing over the price offered. Nice pic.

Chickadoodles - I'm sorry to hear about your shipped poults. That just makes me sick. For the last year or so I've driven to get whatever I wanted but that's the problem. I can't get what I want within a sensible driving distance.

I've got a couple of pic's of mine. They seem to have paired up within their own little group. I bought 2 Blue Slate from a hatchery, turns out to be a male and female. Would they also be brother and sister for breeding purposes?

I love this last pic of the poult. Looks so angelic with the blues and whites in the background. Super cute!

I havent posted pics of my Turkeys in awhile so since everyone is sharing their stunning turkeys I thought I would share also.

Sally your birds are very pretty! But I would think your blues slates would be ok to breed. Just because the Hatcheries have so many farms and birds that they could be distantly related or not. Thanks for sharing your pics!

I'm glad you did share your pictures. I especially like this one. I'm always trying to get shots like this but they turn or run away. DH would like some chocolate ones..

Very nice looking MW's! Can you please tell me how tall they are? I still have a white turkey that was bought as a royal palm. But it is not a rp. And I think it may be a white holland. But I need to know how tall a mw is just incase...
Thanks
