Turkeys need help

Yes I have two females who have bumps around them. My male had some lumps and found out mosquitoes were on them and I was wondering if this is mosquitoe bites or something else.My girls eye is swollen from these lumps and was already swollen from a fight they had I started warm salt soaks on her eye.
