Turkeys quit laying

So we are on the 2nd week of my turkey's not laying....we had a cold snap come through two weeks ago and they have not layed since....I saw 2 soft shelled eggs yesterday which was odd as they have free sourced oyster shell and I mix layer pellet in with the gamebird feed....I am wondering if I should add a bit of fish pellet to the mix???

I also have hens that have stopped short this year compared to other years.
Good thing I kept extra this year.
I thought I should be getting double the amount.
And the weather is great.

Went out to feed up this a.m. and the hens have resumed laying- guess the combination of cold and rain put them off for a few days.....
