i have just realized that when i finally got the incubator and hatcher to run at 99.5 for a couple of days, when i put eggs in the temp and humidity is all over the place for 1 to 2 days then goes back to 99.5 and stays until the room temp changes to much then i do something to the room temp not the bator. try not to adjust the bator. So hope this helps. I just hatched 8 out of 10 turkeys. 1 pipped a big nickel sized hole but dried up. I helped out but it didn't make it and the other gave up after lock down.
