Turning frequency

So I just started setting up my new Brinsea ovation 28 and its factory set for chicken eggs, the turning interval is set so that it turns the eggs every 45 mins. Is this right or does turning eggs too frequently have negative effects? Should I change the settings and decrease the number of turns the incubator makes.

I have both of Brinsea's set to turn every 45 minutes, I regularly get 80%+ hatch rates on shipped eggs and 95% on local eggs.

So I would say 45 minutes works well.
