I have a small flock of pullets that are all 5 weeks old. Would it be okay to add a Bielefelder cockerel that is one month older (10 weeks old) to the flock?

Some may say yes, but I don't recommend it. He'll start mounting them long before they are ready, which may stunt their growth.

I do not know about how quickly Bielefelders mature, but generally males reach sexual maturity before the females. Be aware that he might try to forcefully breed the younger pullets, and if it gets too much, you might need to separate

I agree that you'll get mixed replies, therefore it's up to you... I'd say no way. But I suppose if you "try it" and keep a close eye on things, you never know. Again I wouldn't even be interested in doing that because I put so much planning into my pullets. But I do have plenty of room to keep flocks/chickens separated......
