Twin Pictures (Micky)

You are going to keep the questionable one in the incubator just in case? I would! But then again I am not very good at candling so I wouldn't trust myself!

Yes ill keep the egg in the bater just incase.. I keep looking at this picture and im starting to doubt myself! Im wondering if its just a realy clear part of the egg. The other eggs dont have this. Ive showed my husband who said it looks rotton because its all black in there! Thats the chick you noggin lol..

Sounds like something my husband would say. I got, "This one doesn't look so hot. Look at all those veins in there.".... ?...

I'm rooting for your babies!!

Ha ha what there like  he already thinks im mad when i went out and bought soft baby face flannels for the chicks when they hatch, oh and a cuddly toy lol :D ..

Dear Tracy,

I wish you so much more success than me. But know that whatever you do, it is the best that you could have done for your chicks.

Much Luck,

Carrie

Is it ok to lockdown a day early? With these being bantoms i know its not unusual for bantoms to come day 19 & 20 . Just thinking with them being twins. And with me having 1 normal egg in there with 1 baby would she/he be ok too?

Is this an extra Air sac? What do you guys think? The picture does not do it justice.. It looks better when im candling.

I just had 2 bantams hatch exactly on day 21, but I dont know how the twins thing would affect lockdown. I did alot of research because I also heard that bantams hatch early, but the consensus was pretty much that they are 21 days, too. Maybe it varies by breed?
