two black sex-link hens continuously after the other hens

The two hens are selectively going after the fine feathers of the other hens and eating them. would this indicate a deficiency in their diet? Or something else. Help if you can

Are all your hens the same breed? What is their diet? Sometimes corn makes them hot and they don;t eat as much protein as they require. If you suspect a deficiency, the best bet would be protein especially since some hens are still moulting. Won't hurt, might help. Some hens are bullies, you may have to temporarily separate these ones.
