I'm sorry to here that your birds are not doing well. Can you explain a little bit more about their condition? I would recommend doing a thorough look over on each bird and look for things like snot coming from the nose, bubbly or swollen/crusty eyes, and lethargic behavior. Other symptoms might tell the more experienced BYC'ers what it is your flock is dealing with. right now I would Isolate the birds that are not acting well and provide them with a sterile environment with clean food and fresh water. I would also add some apple cider vinegar to there water (AVC) make sure it is unfiltered and raw. I also like to give my sick birds some plain yogurt because of the probiotics in them that can help boost the chickens immune system.
