Two Chicks, One Yolk?

I'll attach a video of the candling. I'm fairly experienced at hatching but I have never come across this. I feel confident this wasn't a double yolk. The egg was of normal size. However, this looks like two chicks in there. This is day 7. I realize if it is the odds of it hatching (at least both) is slim. I'm just looking for some other opinions.
