I agree that you should send the most recent body for a necropsy. It is the only way to know for sure what happened.

While you wait for a necropsy, can you pick up an outdoor cam to keep on their pen? Might help catch some behaviors that are going unnoticed.

I have no insight... just condolences for your losses.
I would go back to the smaller space, at least at night, and also see if you can have tissue tested for poisoning. (?)
