They only use the top two right now... when all 5-7 laying currently. But by May will have 15 laying, hopefully...

That looks alright to me. The hens will favour one or two boxes over the rest any way. You could have 10 boxes and still only have 2 or 3 boxes being used!

They do that. I've had hens sitting on top of each other in the "best" nesting box. At least with your nesting boxes, there's less squabbling happening.

Yep, I have tried that as it had worked before but no go for present layers. I will add them back to see if they will try or maybe the new layers will take to them. Thanks!!
