two questions on vinegar and feeders

You can make your own automatic PVC feeder that will hold quite a bit of feed. Just put PVC feeder in the search & you will come up with a lot of them. I have made 2 so far & they're very easy to make.

this is the one I have too...I have it hanging in my run...I fill it and forget it! Raise it high enough to keep them from scattering the feed.

There is no Probiotics in Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.
Probiotics are living cultures of lactic acid producing organisms. They digest lactose [milk sugar] to produce lactic acid thus fermenting milk to yogurt in the process. Pre-biotics are natural plant fibres and other constituents in foods and food products that promote the growth of these organism in the intestinal tract.
Raw apple cider vinegar may contain pre-biotic but if it does it isn't much.

I didn't mean that apple cider vinegar and yogurt have the same things in them, just that they are both cultured foods with living organisms in them, that are helpful to consume.

Rusting is only a side effect. The real danger lies in the fact that ACV will leach the zinc out of the galvanizing. While zinc is a naturally occurring substance excess amounts are toxic.

Even better, add the same to frozen apple juice (mix according to directions on the can) instead and you'll have "natural" ACV in one month, complete with the mother. MUCH cheaper than either regular ACV or the Braggs. Just don't seal it up, use a coffee filter and rubber band for a top instead.

I use regular acv. it works well, pour a lil in the water container, that is plastic, to prevent the slime, and it works fine....................
