The dose is 50 mg of tylosin per lb of body weight per day, which for your bird is 4 ml of Tylan 200 per day.

Now you want to divide this (4 ml of Tylan) by as many doses as you can give per day.
2 doses per day = 2 ml, 2 times per day.
3 doses per day = 1.3 ml, 3 times per day.
4 doses per day = 1 ml, 4 times per day.
