LA 200 is oxytetracyline and it will treat some bacteria.

I can't give baytril..I have laying hens ...is there another source? The Tylan 50 seems to be working but 4 are better and now 3 more have runny noses and gurgling gasping breaths...So its time to dose those 3 now...I guess its better than having all 20 of them sick at the same time. If I still hear alittle raleing after the 5 shots.. Do I switch to Tylan 200? I don't want to hurt their organs.

Tylan 200 is 4 times as strong as the 50, so you would just be overdosing them if you gave the same amount. Tylan is very good against MG (CRD) and oxytetracycline is fine, but Tylan is good or better.Kep in mind that respiratory diseases need to be identified to know exactly what you are treating, whether it is a virus or a bacterial disease. Viruses will have to run their course, bacterial and viral diseases may be chronic (never completely cured,) and they both can be complicated by secondary infections or air sacculitis. And fungal diseases can also be possible causes.

If they are still sick after five days you will need to try a different drug. Of course no drug will work if it's a virus.

Tylan 50 and Tylan 200 have the same active ingredient, both are tylosin, so there is no point in switching.

Can you take one to a vet?

I've checked No Chicken vets where I live. The Tylan 50 has worked. Today was day 5 and my 4 pullets are breathing normal, no runny rose, no more rales! But NOW two Roos and a Hen are raling so I started them on 1cc. My other Roo who is on Day 3 sounds pretty good. No more free adult chickens for me without knowing their background. They have all been healthy until the temps dropped to 30 degrees and fluctuating daily between 30 and 45

I have the live vaccine for IB and Newcastle but I can't give it to them until the are all healthy I'm learning alot in 4 mos of being a chicken owner. Thank you for your help. I'm really appreciating it

Just consider your flock as carriers of whatever disease is going through the flock, whether it is IB, MG, coryza, ILT, or something else. Any new birds added will probably become infected, since they may be carriers for life. Most diseases only remain in the environment for a few day or weeks, so in the future when these birds are gone, you should be able to get healthy chickens without a problem.
