In birds with Corzoa, treat with the Gallimyician or other meds for a week then vaccinate all birds. Wait 3 weeks then vaccinate again. Any bird still showing signs of the Corzoa are you carriers. Vaccinate all birds coming in to your flock. This is good if you are keeping chickens as pets...... there is still the possibility of other carriers though. Meds good for Corzoa besides stated above are Tylan 50 and LA200. Sulmet is also supposed to have an affect. Oxine is very helpful in stopping the spread of diseases. AtoZ Pet or Vet has it at the best price if you buy in bulk.
Your State Dept of Animal & Ag should be able to do a necropsy for a nominal fee. Here in Fl it is $30 for up to 3-4 birds. I have always found them very helpful.
