UGH!! Rapping presents.

I thought about getting the Sunday paper funnies an use them. Just didn't think about it Sunday.

Granted, my mom does literally have a 20 year supply and then some of wrapping paper... Every year the wrapping gets more and more yellow. LOL Ok, it's not that bad.

My 13 year old always begs to wrap them. I enjoy doing it too. I like to make the pattern match at the seam. When I retire I'll get a job at Sears during Christmas season, wrapping presents. I might even do some rapping on a Karaoke machine to entertain the shoppers. Christmas carols sung rap style.

yes, I so hate wrapping too.. Finally had the chance to go shopping today. Now I have to clean house (worked all week it's a mess.) feed the kids snack, then supper take them out for a play outside, hopefully the get tired out quickly... Cause I have everything to wrap

Please let the kids go to bed early, please.. Then I will open a bottle of wine and get to it!! A glass of red while I wrap will be the only thing that keeps me going..
We wrap everything here, including our stockings, witch go up to my waist!!! My dh keeps telling me the kids don't need socks that big, but their mine from when I was a kid, my mom made them.. How I got 2, I don't know... One of my sisters is missing theirs?

I love wrapping! I must be the odd ball out here. Just didn't have much to wrap this year! I used to wrap all of my grandmother's presents, and another elderly couple's presents b/c they had arthritis. It was fun. I did it when I was a kid and in high school and they would sit and talk to me and tell stories and give me cookies.

That's probably why I enjoy it, it brings back nice memories....

Well I'm done with the gifts part. Newborn niece went crazy over her sock monkey. Lil sis started making out with her Edward (twilight) blanket. Middle sis was wearing her towels around. Everyone else seemed happy but less crazy.

I got a flashlight an a MP3 player.

Now just have to get ready for the extended family dinner (40+ people) here tomorrow.
