Uh, is someone ready for lockdown a little early?

Poor baby just cannot get that egg to let go! (Ignore the marks on the fabric underneath, there's no blood, it's just designs on a baby sock lol)

I thought I would put this in the same thread since everyone knows the backstory... Loki hasn't laid for about 3 days, then, today, she laid a tiny egg. Like, super tiny. Obviously, it couldn't hold a baby, but is this something I should be worried about? Along with everything else lol

Oh my goodness such precious little ones :love
The little one with the egg stuck to it how long has it been like this? @WVduckchick might be able to give advise
I waited until the shell and its contents were completely dry, about 18 hours, then I immediately checked the forums here. The tether looked like a little white string twisted with a red string, and it was actually pulling on his navel. I clipped it close to the egg with some sterilized scissors, and now the little string is dried up and he's joined the snuggle pile!
