uh oh..

Hopefully they have it in their system, because I even emptied my trash. I had gotten the confirmation and everything so I didn't think I needed to save the emails since I thought it was all over. I emailed them though saying that I had canceled the order so I'm curious to see what they reply.
 
If you paid with a credit card you should be able to dispute the charges.

You will need to return the birds, though, I believe, depending on the laws in your state. Some states allow you to keep things that are sent to you even if you cancel IF they sent it to you anyway after you canceled an order.
 
Well I'll talk about all this to the MPC people tomorrow.. to be honest even though the chicks weren't planned I'm still excited about getting some cute new fuzzy butts!
 
I cancelled my order with MPC and did not get a cancel confirmation. I ended up calling to double check and was told they do not send a cancel confirmation.

Or did I just get stuck with crappy customer service...

Of course they took a month to refund the money to my CC.

Question is did you cancel by e-mail or phone call???

If it was by e-mail look in your sent folder, you may need that as proof in the long run that you cancelled if you decide to dispute.
 
I canceled by email, and they sent me this long message about how they were going to keep $10 as a cancellation fee and their canceling policies, and then I replied and said that I still wanted to cancel.. they should have that somewhere on their email records hopefully
 
I emailed y'all about 2 days ago and haven't received a response. I sent an email in response to your email about how you would charge me for canceling and all that that said that I would still like to cancel my order, and I emailed you guys about the chicks being shipped out once I got that email on Monday and I haven't heard back.
