Pets at Home?

I went into my local pets at home a while back and I saw loads of stuff for chickens! I didn't realise they sold anything!

I got some from my local pet shop. They ordered it in for me. It's called oyta. Its just plain oyster shell no grit. Its a 20kg sack and cost £12 if I remember. Its lasted ages.

Sounds exactly what I need, would be great if I can find an outlet for it in my area.

More than you think! I’m quite lucky that I have a Pets at home, Jollyes & a BATA plus a local pet shop quite close. Plus the horsey horse shop! Love those kind of shops!

I wonder if any of you can help me? I am trying to find pure oyster shells without grit or mixed at all for my flock but so far the only I can find has added grit (or is mixed) Any chance that any of you know of an online shop which sells pure oyster shells - either in the UK or ships to the UK?

Thank you @Yorkshire Coop and @Chickencountryuk for your input, I'm going to take a trip to Jollyes tomorrow, as Pets at home and Wilko only do small bags and I'd rather the 20kg bag. - I didn't even know we have a Jollyes in Ipswich but it is way over the other side of where I am so not a part of the town I'd usually venture to - really thankful for your help

Do you have a local pet shop?

I have a pets a home but they only stock a very small verity of chicken products, and nothing at all for ducks. I never thought to ask if they can order things in though. Might come in handy to ask them if they can, in the future.
