I'm not sure where we have a jollyes near me but we do have a mole country store. It's great in there. I'm still weighing up whether I could get away with spending £175 for a brinsea incubator! So I bought some egg boxes instead!

If you are anything like me I will be right! I went to the horsey shop for some fly spray in the summer and came back with a new fly rug, fly gel & garlic! I can never go to a pet shop & only get what I need This urge over powers me

Do it! Although it’s a big hit at first it’s really worth it. I spent nearly £300 on a Brinsea 4/5 years ago and it has been worth every penny. Still as reliable as the day I got it, never skipped a beat & totally set/forget.

It's a brinsea eco 12 with auto Turner. They did have it on offer with a brinsea egg candler included. And I am thinking its nearly Christmas and it's better than socks!

How many chooks have you got @Anna Ranieri just asking as I have only just replaced my 5kg 2kg bag after over 6 months - that has been for up to 5 layers. If it is easier getting a smaller bag, they honestly use so little!

Sounds the ideal gift! I love practical gifts! Like wheel barrows, yard brushes, coops, runs..... I would even be happy if I received chicken food or shavings for Christmas or birthday. At least I know they are going to used.
