Sometimes they happen! I try to live in hope. What are you hatching?
White polands.. well I think the mum is a white bantam poland and Joffrey is a white poland mix, so im curious too lol. My white silkies havent laid eggs yet, im guessing in about a month i might start getting eggs from them too. Would maybe be interesting to see what a white poland/silkie mix would be like too.

I think you would have something really really fluffy! Especially if you had a frizzle!

Would be interesting, I cant wait. Guess what... the other egg (egg 6) is showing some movement too !!! I cant beleive it that the eggs managed to recover after such a long period with no incubator heat. Now I have put in another batch I expect to have a quite a few little ones lol !!

Here is a picture of Daisy May with Joffrey behind her... the mum and dad of the eggs.

Shs looks cleaner in the photo lol. The run is mostly covered not sure if that helps but she does go out in the rain too lol. She wandered off once and joffrey followed her, my neighbours knocked my door and said about my two chickens in front garden, I picked her up and said... come on joffrey, and he followed me to the back garden. I think he was trying to get her back to the back garden and stayed with her to keep an eye on her.
