Ulcers/sores around vent (photo)

I got this hen from someone & she’s always having health issues. Now she is limping & it’s bumblefoot. After her soak, I was cleaning her poopy rear end & saw her vent. She had lice when she first arrived but we’ve gotten rid of those. Any thoughts on what’s causing these sores? (Photo attached)

Could be clogged feather follicles. (?)
I would try to give her a clean up weekly, see if it improves.
