Um.....my duck is throwing up. HELP

I aim to help with the critical concerns as soon as I can, but some days I am just not near the computer.

So I pray it all works out well and look forward to reading that it is all okay.

I need to turn in soon, so I may not be nearby for the rest of the night.

Take care.

Oh yes....I ran to Walgreens and go the activated capsules. I dumped about 4 of them into a cup and I have been dosing her from that periodically....hard to say whether she drank it or just dabbled it...you know how they are

Oh, how many times I wished I could really get across to them how important it is for them to hold still, swallow the medicine, let me look at the problem closely . . . . .

I always have put the charcoal in their drinking water for the night and left it. Once I saw Einz nibble on a mushroom, and so I put some charcoal in the drinking water that night, just to be on the safe side.

Love those duckies, and they have given me a few extra gray hairs, I think.

Okay, I must go . . . . my day usually starts pretty early. Yours does too, probably. Just keep watch as well as you can, go with your best instincts.

And we also have people around the world to check in overnight.

I hope and pray the morning brings good news.

Thank you again. I went out again a few minutes ago and this time she did take 4 good sips. So I'll do that a couple more times before bed and then just dump some in their drinking water for morning. She's a good duckie taking her medicine

Dosed her one more time....even put a few of her fav treats (mealworms) floating in it. She took that no problem hahaha. Put the rest in the water dish for morning. I have high hopes she will be okay especially because she was getting all wired for mealworms.

Happy to report that Ivy is feeling much better this morning and zooming around the yard with Willow, back to her usual mischief....which is mostly being cute! Thanks Amiga....just for future reference, is there anything besides indigestion that will cause ducks to throw-up? Like more serious things?
