Umbilical Cord Or Poop? (with picture)

I cant tell if it’s poop or the umbilical cord. it sticks out more than the rest of the chicks but it’s not as brown and clumpy as the poop I have cleaned off the other chicks. Anything helps!

yes it’s dry but it’s been there since yesterday and i wasn’t sure if it was the cord and it wasnt blocking the vent so i left it alone but there isn’t any gunk around it it’s just that bit.
