Umbilical cord still on after 5 days

My chicks hatched on the eclipse day, and one still had her umbilical cord attached. It is 5 days later and she is still walking around with it dried up and dragging behind her. The other chicks seem to be leaving it alone, but should I do something at this point? Any advice is appreciated!

If it is dried up, you can cut it about 1/4" from the umbilicus.
