Oh my gosh! I feel sad for the bison who was burned......poor thing...only escaped the bear to live one more day.....FABULOUS PICS! Thanks for sharing!

Ya bummer that the bison got burnt... that's a horrible pain. While I wish that the bear in the pics could have reaped the benefit (and on camera), I'm glad the rangers were able to relieve the bison from its pain... and hopefully food for other animals in the park.
