I bet there is someone on BYC that is really good with graphics that could probably take the best version from the Google Books and enlarge / clean it up so it could be printed really big for posters!

so that folk have that option rather than write to the state for chicken information.

I left the old look to it, but sharpened it / changed the contrast some. Does it need more cleaning than that?
