Just the nits
If you've done a couple of repeats with Permethrin and used Elector PSP as well, then likely those egg casings are empty/dead. Anything in them has already hatched out and died.
The nits/egg casings are attached by a type of "glue" and will still remain. Sometimes they will come off in time when the bird preens and dust baths. Some folks apply a little coconut oil to the nits to help loosen them and chip them off if there are a lot of them.

They have lost butt feathers from this. Will they come back in? TY again!
