Unconventional canners? We need a list of times and produce sucessful

OK I have been thinking about this post for the last couple of days and decided that I needed to add my comment. When I first started canning I was afraid that I would do something wrong and posion someone. So did some research to put my mind at ease and make sure I was safe. I looked up the about Botulism Symptoms so I would be aware if something should ever go wrong. I assumed that you would have symptoms like food poisoning or the flu. Well you don't - so here is the link that talks about it and what to look for. Basically, if you suspect botulism posioning then get to the hospital and take the jar of food with you. Please make sure you read the part about how it effect infants.

Again, I realize that you are not interested in following the guidelines but hopefully being aware of the effects will help in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong.
