"Ah. He can be rather rough, but he is the leader. Anyway, it will be pretty difficult to find a mate if you aren't in a tribe. Because then you rarely see anyone." Hagrid told her and sighed.
 
Maria was swimming in the middle of the sea, not really able to see anything around her. Everything was pitch black, but she used her sense of smell to search for prey. She hadn't eaten in days, so hopefully today would be the day she caught something.
But as she went deeper into the water, she began to get nervous. She would need to get more oxygen soon, and there were so many predators-She was always paranoid about these kinds of things.
 
Hagrid found nothing, and decided to head back to the tribe. They'd probably worry if he was gone long enough, just like any other member of the tribe. Besides, he wanted to become one of the guardians, and if he wasn't considerate and responsible he would never become one.
 
(I'll probably have an overflow of characters soon anyway, so I'll make Serena a mate soon if you want.)
