A vet could x-ray to see if bones were broken in an assault.
Also just found and purchased a light with wifi camera in it...for monitoring inside hen house.

And I wondered that too. But would he have forced the carrier cage open if he had that?

If you had a wool blanket over the carrier while he was in there, he most likely over heated and died. It will happens fast.

Yeah it wasn’t covering the side air vents, just the back and the front gate. Also it’s middle of winter here. Nights hover around 1-2 degrees C.

Would a seizure cause him to burst out of the carrier and throw himself onto the floor? I have no idea what that looks like for a chook
