Unhatched egg

Hello! First time incubating. I started on a Tuesday, then went in a trip until Saturday. I got home to find that the humidity was too low, like 20% (forgot to tell my husband to add water to the water bins....). So I wasn't sure what day was what. Anyways, we candled at 14 days, and there were chicks growing! So instead of three weeks later on a Tuesday, they took a few days longer and one hatched on Friday, one on Saturday. Last night Monday I put the eggs in water, and one egg definitely moved in the water a lot, so there is a live chick.

My question is... do I wait to see if it hatches on its own? How many more days do I wait? Should I attempt to watch YouTube videos and try to help it hatch?

Is your incubator calibrated? Have you candled it?
Never put any suspected living eggs in water, it can be harmful if not deadly.
