Kathy, do you have a Mac or a PC? I have a Mac, and all you do is press "shift-command-4" and then you can select the part of the screen you want saved, it automatically gets saved to your desktop. If you have a PC...I don't know, sorry!

Cleared it all and nope, Got a friend on the other side of the country to try and they get them same as me, maybe its only working in america? not to worry I rarely went there so no loss
