Does anyone know what kind my lil guy is?

It's screaming male but not nearly enough information given to ID a breed. Remember, too, that not every chick is a breed. If you got it from a farm with a bunch of different looking chickens running around together, it's a mutt.
 
He is a male and a friend s hen laid some eggs that had been fertilized and only this one and his brother made it. He had wanted the offspring but his job made it impossible to properly care for them. So on his day off he brought them to me. I was only to get them past that always needing something faze but, i fell in love . The city of chula vista helped themselves to his brother. He didnt k ow how to rooster yet so i was able to keep him.. i will get a better photo.
 
Sry gotta wait for my phone to have a bit more charge. Also that photo was taken months ago. He is a little older now but the color and markings are a little different.
 
Someone did mention that he looked like a fighting cock. I said that may be his kind of chicken but not in my house. He will be a loving roster and not a fighting one.
 
He is thinking he is a race car driver.
