Unsalted vs salted butter

It's marketing. Change the name but the product is still processed or ultra processed.
How about genuine faux butter?

Give the people what they want, eh? Its shaped in rectangular logs like regular butter instead of in tubs.

(They call it plant butter now, in some cases, not margarine!)

I remember when it was called oleo. As in oleomargarine.
