Unsalted vs salted butter

It's marketing. Change the name but the product is still processed or ultra processed.
How about genuine faux butter?

Give the people what they want, eh? Its shaped in rectangular logs like regular butter instead of in tubs.

I am old enough to remember that. We never used margarine, but a lot of our friends did.
